By downloading or using iz, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the iz mobile application. By using iz, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have parental consent if you are under 13.
iz is a personal journaling app that allows you to create, store, and manage daily journal entries including text, photos, and audio recordings. Your content is stored in your own cloud storage account (Google Drive or iCloud). We do not store your journal content on our servers.
iz offers optional premium features through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The iz app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the developer. You retain full ownership of all content you create using iz.
iz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored in your cloud account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of iz.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of iz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

iz'i indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Bu Kullanım Şartları, iz mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. iz'i kullanarak en az 13 yaşında olduğunuzu veya 13 yaşın altındaysanız ebeveyn onayına sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız.
iz, metin, fotoğraf ve ses kayıtları içeren günlük girişleri oluşturmanıza, saklamanıza ve yönetmenize olanak tanıyan kişisel bir günlük uygulamasıdır. İçeriğiniz kendi bulut depolama hesabınızda (Google Drive veya iCloud) saklanır. Günlük içeriğinizi sunucularımızda saklamayız.
iz, ücretli abonelik yoluyla isteğe bağlı premium özellikler sunar. Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yönetilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.
Tasarımı, kodu ve markası dahil iz uygulaması geliştiriciye aittir. iz kullanarak oluşturduğunuz tüm içeriğin tam sahibi sizsiniz.
iz, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Bulut hesabınızda saklanan verilerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, iz'in kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Bu Kullanım Şartlarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama aracılığıyla bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra iz'i kullanmaya devam etmek yeni şartların kabulü anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku kapsamında yönetilir.
